This special setting, dreamt up by The Plattering Co.’s co-founder, depicts a glittery winter village with snow-covered evergreens, winter animals and bare branches aesthetically arranged in tall white vessels. This tranquil scene will captivate diners while they savour a host of sublime Christmas dishes.
The catering company’s carefully curated Christmas menu features high-quality, flavourful meat platters including roast turkey, honey glazed ham, sous vide beef ribeye, fall-off-the-bone Guinness baby back ribs and succulent salmon fillet. To complement these mains are seasonal crowd-favourites like Golden-crusted Shepherd’s Pie, potato gratin, creamed spinach and black truffle fusilli. For dessert, soft and chewy festive macarons, fudgy brownies and rich Belgian chocolate log cake coated in a heavenly chocolate ganache with hazelnut crumbs will satisfy those with a sweet tooth.
To elevate the whole festive dining experience, petite canapés can be added to the menu. Or better yet, include a Christmas cheese board decked out with cranberry Wensleydale, truffle Brie, apple wood smoked cheddar, Comté, fresh fruit, bean-to-bar peppermint bark and other wholesome accoutrements.
