A former model and lyricist, Efva Attling is not foreign to the freedom of expression. Despite her successful modelling and music stints, the Stockholm-born returned to pursue in jewellery design in 1996. Today, her vibrant childhood and youth have become her main influences when creating jewellery.
A signature of her work to play with words and expressions, Efva introduces her namesake jewellery brand designs as ‘Beauty with a Thought’.
Featuring pieces that have words or symbols engraved such as famous Latin phrase ‘Amor Fati’ or ‘X’s to represent kisses, Efva’s works may seem too literal at first sight. But her messages and designs would slowly grow on you, as the designs push and encourage you to say and show what you wish to express.
