Christie’s Hong Kong 30th anniversary sale has set yet another world record. It was revealed that Hong Kong-based luxury jewellery company, Chow Tai Fook purchased the 5.03ct rectangular-cut Aurora Green diamond ring at a record-breaking price of US$16.8 million last night.
A highlight of Christie’s Magnificent Jewels sale, the fancy vivid green diamond ring is the world’s largest green diamond and is accompanied with circular-cut pink diamonds.
