Solo or stacked, these new flexible bracelets from Fope’s Solo collection are all about understated elegance, perfect for everyday wear. But don’t let their simple charms fool you. Behind each minimalistic design lies a great deal of technology.
“Our designers created a 100% gold flexible bracelet which is entirely covered with gold rondels set with diamonds, or diamonds and sapphires,” shares Fope’s Valentina Bertoldo.
The pieces are colourful, but not flamboyant. Thick enough to be worn alone and thin enough to be stacked together, these pieces are perfect for easy mix and match fashion.
A luxury collection typical of the Italian goldsmith, the Solo collection surprisingly only features bracelets. “It is quite unlikely as we usually develop the whole set, with necklaces, rings, and earrings. But we have decided to focus on the bracelet as it is Fope’s signature piece,” explains Valentina. The collection successfully marries the elegance one expects from a luxury brand and the ingenuity and wearability rarely seen in such fine jewellery.
For over 80 years, Vicenza-based Fope has been delighting jewellery lovers all over the world with their easy-to-wear and innovative fine jewellery. “Our clients are mostly women who look for comfortable elegance. They are confident and don’t need to show off,” says Valentina.
Stay tuned for our BaselWorld (17-23 March) reviews to see what creations Fope will bring to the show.
