Sip on concoctions like the Clover Sparks, bright with raspberry notes and sparkling wine, the Bramble Bliss, a gin-based balanced blend of berries, bitters and ginger beer, and the Quay Pine, laced with melon liquer and triple sec. Available from 24 to 28 December 2025, Shangri-La’s Origin Grill presents its Christmas set lunch and dinner menus, which spotlights fine seasonal produce. Choose between a six-course ($178) or eight-course ($198) menu, which includes Amelie Fine de Claire oysters, butter-poached Boston lobster tail, and roast turkey roulade with charred carrots, brussels sprouts, and truffle jus. Continue the indulgence with a Christmas Day Semi-Buffet Lunch ($118) where you’ll find signature Peranakan dishes like babi pongteh, nyonya snapper curry, popiah, and more.

Christmas eve is a classy affair at French restaurant Maison Boulud, with an elegant set menu (available only on 24 December at $168), that begins with a delicate choux pastry filled with cheese and truffle, followed by a light Saint-Jacques featuring marinated Hokkaido scallop with caviar and dill-gin emulsion. Savour the classic Soupe VGE “Élysée 1975”, a rich broth of chicken, root vegetables, foie gras, and black truffle topped with a golden pastry crust.

For mains you can choose either the Rock Lobster Thermidor, a classic French preparation of lobster meat with creamy spinach. Or the wagyu beef striploin, served with potato gratin and black garlic sauce. Dessert is a refined white wine poached pear served with French vanilla sablé, pear sorbet, and Poire William gel.

For the ultimate feast, reserve a table at CUT by Wolfgang Puck on Christmas Day, where lunch ($145) kicks off with seven starters, including prime sirloin steak tartare with herb aioli. Mains spotlight premium steak cuts such as Japanese Wagyu grilled over binchotan charcoal, with an option to upgrade to the UK Earl Stonham Full Blood Wagyu. End with a creamy Basque-style cheesecake or a beautifully plated and decadent Peanut Caramel Bar.

Fittingly themed “A Grand Stage”, expect lavish buffets and experiences across the hotel’s dining outlets this festive season.
