ZOUK SINGAPORE CELEBRATES INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

Mambo Jambo, DJs Juicy M, and Miss Monique headline the March celebrations at Singapore’s iconic nightclub.

To mark International Women’s Day, Singapore’s prime night spot is curating an ‘inclusive celebration by women for women’ dubbed ‘Zouk Doesn’t Care’. It’s night after night of barrier-breaking parties as the club turns into a safe space for women to celebrate fellow women – especially those who are making waves in the music scene.

From 1 to 17 March, women – and those who identify as one – get in for free until 12 midnight.

2 March – Electronic music producer and DJ Marta Snitkina, better known as Juicy M, will rule the dancefloor with her special mixes. With guestings at Lollapalooza, SUNBLAST, Creamfields North, among others, Juicy M connects with her millions of fans worldwide hosting the weekly dance music podcast JuicyLand.

8 March – What better way to mark International Women’s Day than with a seamless blend of dance hits from Madonna, Tina Turner, Cyndi Lauper, the Spice Girls and many other female musical legends? The tribute will set the pace for Mambo Jambo – “a national phenomenon and possibly the longest running party concept in Singapore’s nightlife history”. Women – and those who identify as one – will be treated to a free flow of beverages from 10pm till 12 midnight.

On the 16th of March, Miss Monique, Alesia Arkusha in real life, will debut on the Singapore stage dropping hits from her internationally acclaimed mixes. The Ukrainian DJ, producer and label owner has played in Cercle, Tomorrowland and EDC Mainstage, and won accolades from the likes of Pete Tong, David Guetta and Tiesto.
